1. Data controller

This policy follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. What data we collect

Enquiry form. Name, phone number (required), e-mail address, city, service of interest, message, attached files (drawings, photos) and a marker showing whether you are interested in instalment payment.

Server logs. IP address, browser type, time and address of the request. These are recorded automatically by the hosting server.

Correspondence. If you write or call us, we keep the content of the correspondence and your contact details.

We do not collect special categories of personal data. The website is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. Why we use the data

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote with a price and lead time — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
• To conclude and perform a contract, manufacture and install the product — Art. 6(1)(b).
• For accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure and working — Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that did not lead to a contract — 1 year from the last contact.
• Contracts and related documents — 10 years from performance, as required by accounting and tax law.
• Server logs — up to 12 months.

Once the period ends, data is destroyed or anonymised.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising. The processors we use:

• UAB „Interneto vizija“ (serveriai.lt), Vilnius — website hosting and e-mail forwarding.
• Google Ireland Limited — the mailbox (Gmail) where your enquiries arrive, and the map on the contacts page if you consent to cookies.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the EU

When Google services are used, some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Security

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only those employees who need it for their work have access to incoming enquiries.
